SERVICE CENTER SECURITY

You can set up a Personal Identification Number (PIN) at the Dish Service Center for call-in requests only. Anyone calling the Service Center with a request must provide this PIN

to authorize any transactions to your account, whether speaking with a Service Center Representative or using the Service Center automatic telephone assistance system. This includes purchasing services, making account inquiries, and overriding the system password.

When you call the Service Center to authorize your service, you can set up a PIN. You may call the Service Center at any later time to set up a PIN.

If you forget your PIN, you will need to speak with a Dish Service Center Representative. The Service Center Representative may ask for additional information to confirm that you are authorized to make transactions to your account.
