15.ABSOLUTE POSITION DETECTION SYSTEM

(3)At the time of alarm reset

If an alarm occurs, turn OFF the servo-on (SON) signal by detecting the alarm output (ALM). If an alarm has occurred, the ABS transfer mode signal (ABSM) cannot be accepted.

In the reset state, the ABS transfer mode signal (ABSM) can be input.
