Tarte Tatin
Cooking time: approx. 25 min | 6 people COMBINATION COOKING |
Containers: 1 round Pyrex® cake tin, 24 cm diameter, and 1 bowl | |
7 ripe apples | Peel the apples, remove the core and cut them in two from |
100 g sugar | top to bottom. Put the sugar, butter and water in the bowl |
50 g butter | and cook on MAX for 5 to 7 minutes, checking every so |
2 tbsp water | often. Pour this caramel into the bottom of the tin. Place |
the apple halves into the tin, packing them together tightly. | |
| Cover the apples with the pastry without pushing it tightly |
| into the tin. Put into the oven on the Metal Tray and cook |
| for approx. 25 minutes on Combination mode: |
| CONVECTION HEATING 150°C + 440W, protecting the |
| top with a sheet of baking paper after about fifteen |
| minutes. Leave to cool before removing from the tin. If the |
| apples have given out too much liquid, reduce this by |
| heating in a bowl on MAX for a few minutes. |
Rice Pudding |

Container: 1 bowl, 2 litre capacity |

90 g pudding rice, | Wash the rice twice in clean water. Pour the rice, milk and |

Apple Crumble |
