Making your First Recording

1. Connect a power source to the DVD Camcorder.

Insert a disc. page 41

 

 

2. Remove the Lens Cover.

 

 

3. Open the LCD Screen

 

 

Set the [Mode] switch to [DISC].

 

 

(SC-DC173(U)/DC175/DC575 only)

 

Set the [Power] switch to [

(Camera)].

 

Make sure that <STBY> is displayed.

 

Make sure the image you want to record appears

 

on the LCD Screen or Viewfinder.

 

Make sure the Battery Level indicates that there is

 

 

enough remaining power for

Tip

This DVD Camcorder has two [Start/Stop] buttons on both the rear and LCD frame. Use any of those for convenient recording.

Up to 253 title scenes can be created on DVD-R/+RW/+R DL/-RW(Video Mode)discs, and up to 999 on DVD-RW(VR Mode).

Detach the Battery Pack when you have finished recording to prevent unnecessary battery power consumption.

If the power cable/batteries are disconnected, or recording is disabled during recording, an error message will appear and the system is switched to the data recovery mode.

While data is being recovered, no other function is enabled. After data recovery, the system will be switched to the STBY mode.

提示

本DVD 摄录机有两个 [Start/Stop] 按钮，分别在背面和 LCD 框架上。只 要方便录制，使用这两个按钮中的任一个都可以。

注意

播放标题列表 64 页

在 DVD-R/+RW/+R DL/-RW（视频模式）光盘上可创建多达253 个标题场景， 在 DVD-RW（VR 模式）上可创建 999 个标题场景。

停止录制之后取下电池，以避免不必要的电量消费。

若电源线 / 电池断开连接，或在录像期间停止录像，将会显示一则错误信息，而系 统将会转换至数据恢复模式。

在进行数据恢复的时候，任何功能都不能使用。数据恢复之后系统将转换到待机模式。
