POLICY MANAGER

Dictionary Manager

7Click Add.

8Enter the word or phrase you want to add into the Word or Phrase field.

9Enter a phrase value into the Phrase Value field.

10Repeat steps 8 and 9 till you have added all of the words you require to the dictionary.

11Click Submit to save the dictionary.

IMPORTING DICTIONARIES

Rather than creating a new dictionary, you can import a ready-made one from elsewhere. There are two ways in which you can import dictionaries into RiskFilter:

•Import a SurfControl dictionary pack

•Import a unicode text file

Importing a SurfControl Dictionary Pack

SurfControl RiskFilter E-mail provides language dictionaries for the following languages:

•Dutch

•French

•German

•Italian

•Japanese

•Portuguese

•Spanish

•Traditional Chinese

•Simplified Chinese
