To configure alarm no tifications to b e sent based on the ty pe of buffered data, select Expert -
Administratio n - Notificati ons.
Multi User
Under Ports - Physical Ports in Expe rt Mode, after you select one o rmore serial ports and cl ick
Modify Port(s), you can sel ect Multi User from the tab bed menu. The Multi User form appears.
The Multi U serform enab les you to op en more than one sessio n from the same serial port.
Multiple users can con nect simultaneously to a serial po rt.To co nnect to a port or start a shared
session, the user must have permission to access th e port. Ifyou allow mul tiple sessions through
Allow Mul tiple Sessions pull-do wn menu, the Privilege Users field shoul d be populate d with
the user names who ha ve access rights.
