An administrator ca n select Expert -Applica tions - IPDU Power Mgm t. - Outlet Group s Ctrl to
view the status of out let groups and turn pow er off and then on again for an entire group of
outlets.
NOTE: Outletgroups can be defined under PMD Configura tion- Outlet Groups.
The Cycle butt on only can be used to cy cle the entire group o fo utlets when all t he outlets are
on.
The following ta ble describes the information availab le fromth e Outlet Groups Ctrl form.

Outlets IPDUGroup name followed by the individualoutlets belonging to that grou p.

(IPDU and Port)
GroupCt rl shows status icons for defined gr oup controls; (IPDU and Por t) shown
inparentheses are the IPD U ID number and the serial port to wh ichit is
connectedon the console server. Status iconsunder the Group C trl heading are
active.
IndividualStatus Shows status icons( passive)fo r individualoutlets w ithinthe group.

The buttons to Cl ear/Reset Max values will be di splayed when the IPDU has the max det ected
value for the sensor. Possible butt ons:
Cl ear Max Current - reset the maximum detected current valu e
Cl ear Max Power - reset the maxi mum detected or estimated power con sumption value
Reset Max Env Sensors - reset the maxi mum detected value of environment al sensors
(Temperature, Humidity, Air Flow )
Reset H W OCP- reset the HW over current protecti on (valid only for Avocent PM
PDUs)
Reset Max Vo ltage - reset the maxi mum detected volta ge value
Reset Max Power Facto r - reset the maximum detected power facto r
