A list shows the port ID, IPDU ID, the model and vend or for IPDUs connected to p orts that are
configured for powe r management. The Show bu tton shows det ails about a sel ected IPDU. For
Avocent PM PDUs, t he Outlet, Outl et Name, Outlet State, Cu rrent, Power and Alarm are
displayed. For other PDUs, the Outlet Nu mber,Out let Name and Outlet State are displayed

Button Purp ose
Yellowbulbs indicate an outlet is switched ON. Gray bulbs indicate an outlet is switched
OFF.
Anopened padlockindicates that an outlet is unlocked. A closedpa dlockindicates that an
outletis locked.
Anorang e Cycle button is activene xt to each outlet that is on.
Displaysa dialogbox to configure an Outlet Name and Post On Delay. Outlet names
mustbegin with a letter. Valid characters are letters, number s,dash (- ) and underscore
(_). The post on delay isthe amount of time ( inseconds) that elapses after the selected
outletis turned on before a nother outlet istur ned on.

Clicking th e Edit button displa ys the dialog box for speci fying Outlet Name and Post On
Delay [turn-on (PU) int erval] for Cyclades IPDUs.
You can specify a name for the out let, such as the server or device name and change th e post
on delay (turn-on interval).
NOTE: The turn-on interval is the amount of time (in seconds) that elapses after the selected outlet is turn ed on
beforeanother outlet can be turned on.
