Usage
Information You can configure multiple time-serving hosts . From these time-serving hosts, the
Dell Networking OS chooses one NTP host with which to synchronize. To
determine which server was selected, use the show ntp associations
command.
Because many polls to NTP hosts can impact network performance, Dell
Networking recommends limiting the number of hosts configured.

ntp source
Specify an interface’s IP address to be included in the NTP packets.
Syntax ntp source interface
To delete the configuration, use the no ntp source command.
Parameters interface Enter the following keywords and slot/port or number
information:
For a 10-Gigabit Ethernet interface, enter the keyword
TenGigabitEthernet then the slot/port information.
For a 40-Gigabit Ethernet interface, enter the keyword
fortyGigE then the slot/port information.
For a Loopback interface, enter the keyword loopback
then a number from 0 to 16383.
For a Port Channel interface, enter the keyword lag then
a number. The range is from 1 to 128.
For VLAN interface, enter the keyword vlan then a
number from 1 to 4094.
