virtual-addressConfigure up to 12 IP addresses of virtual routers in the VRRP group. To start sending VRRP packets, set at
least one virtual address for the VRRP group.
Syntax virtual-address ip-address1 [... ip-address12]
To delete one or more virtual IP addresses, use the no virtual-address ip-
address1 [... ip-address12] command.
Parameters ip-address1 Enter an IP address of the virtual router in dotted decimal
format. The IP address must be on the same subnet as the
interface’s primary IP address.
... ip-address12 (OPTIONAL) Enter up to 11 additional IP addresses of virtual
routers in dotted decimal format. Separate the IP addresses
with a space. The IP addresses must be on the same subnet
as the interface’s primary IP address.
