	XXXX-10	Unknown.
	XXXX-11	Media soft error.	Replace the indicated device.
	XXXX-12	Drive not ready.	Replace the indicated device.
	XXXX-13	Media error.	Replace the indicated device.
	XXXX-14	Drive hardware error.	Replace the indicated device.
