					cessing.
			OFF	Unit	Indicates that the an error has not occurred or turns OFF when the error
					has cleared.
01	Master		ON	Unit	Indicates that a master error has occurred. (Master Status 1 (See word

	Error Flag				The master errors are as follows:
					• Verification Error Flag (word n+12, bit 00)
					• Structure Error Flag (word n+12, bit 01)
					• Remote I/O Communications Error Flag (word n+12, bit 02)

					offline and all communications stop (remote I/O communications stop,
					slave operation stop, and message communications are disabled).
			OFF	Unit	Indicates that the error has not occurred. Once this error has occurred, the
					bit will remain ON and will not return to OFF.
06	Node		ON	Unit	Indicates a duplicate node address check error when the Unit starts up.
	Address				The Unit goes offline and all communications stop. (Remote I/O communi-
