Playing the rhythm
Intro, fill-in and ending patterns fittin g each different rhythm pattern are permanently recorded in your
Keyboard, thus allowing a versatile rhyt hm performance.

INTRO

Begin the rhythm performance with an intro pat-
tern.
1.Press the INTRO & ENDING 1 or INTRO &
ENDING 2 button to turn it on.
2.Press the START/STOP button to start the
rhythm.
•An intro pattern is played, after w hich the nor-
mal rhythm pattern begins.

COUNT INTRO

You can begin the rhythm performance with a
spoken one-measure count.
1.Press the COUNT INTRO (FILL IN 2) button
to turn it on.
2.Press the START/STOP button to start the
rhythm.
•A spoken one-measure count is played, aft er
which the normal rhythm pattern begins.
Mode setting
You can select the mode for the count sound.
1.Press the MO DE button in the AUTO PLAY
CHORD section to turn it on.
•The display looks similar to the foll owing.
2.Use the C OUNT INTRO button to select a
mode.
VOICE: A spoken count (initialized sett ing).
CLICK: A clicking sound for the count.

FILL IN

You can insert a fill-in pattern any time duri ng
the rhythm performance. Choose from two differ-
ent fill-in patterns.
1.Select a rhythm and press the START/STOP
button.
2.Press the FILL I N 1 or FILL IN 2 button.
•A fill-in pattern is heard im mediately for the
remainder of the measure.
•When a FILL IN button is pressed on the last
beat of the measure, the fill-in pattern con-
tinues to the end of the following measure.
