Storing user sett ings
After you change the MIDI settings, y ou can store
your customized settings in USER preset memo-
ries (3 USER memories).
1.Adjust t he various MIDI settings.
2.Go to PAGE 4/4 of the MIDI PRESETS display.
•The display looks similar to the foll owing.
3.Use the ▲ and ▼ buttons to select the mem ory
in which to store the settings (USER SETTING
1, 2, 3).
4.Use the W ITH SPLIT POINT? button to specify
whether or not to also store the keyboard split
point (YES/NO).
5.Press the WRITE button.
Recalling the USER settings
1.Go to PAGE 3/4 of the MIDI PRESETS display.
2.Use the ▲ and ▼ bu ttons to select a number.
3.Press the OK button.
Program Change MIDI OutUse this function to immediately transmit specific PROGRAM CHANGE and BANK SELECT data from
this display on a specified MIDI ch annel.
1.On the MIDI MENU display, select PROGRAM
CHANGE MIDI OUT.
•The display looks similar to the foll owing.
2.Use the ▲ an d ▼ buttons to select a function.
MIDI CHANNEL:
The MIDI channel to transmit to (1 to 16).
PROGRAM CHANGE:
Specify the PROGRAM CHANGE number to
transmit (1 to 128).
BANK SELECT MSB:
Specify the BANK SELECT MSB to transmit
(0 to 127).
BANK SELECT LSB:
Specify the BANK SELECT LSB to transmit
(OFF, 0 to 127).
•When set to OFF, neither the LSB nor the MSB
are transmitted.
3.Use the ∧ and ∨ buttons to change the setting.
4.Press the SEND button.
•The specified data is transmitted.
•The data is unconditionally transmitted regard-
less of the other settings.
