0(&F)	Long alphanumeric format of <oper>. Can be up to 16 characters long.
2	Numeric format of <oper>. This is the GSM Location Area Identification (LAI)
	number, which consists of the 3-digit Mobile Country Code (MCC) plus the 2-
	or 3-digit Mobile Network Code (MNC).

Note

•It is not recommended to use the AT+COPS command before passing the CHV (card holder verification) / SIM PIN1 verification. In case of entering of AT+COPS= 0 before PIN1 verification the module will answer with OK and does not try to register to the network. Also, the test command should only be used after PIN1 authenti- cation.
