19.3AT^SAD Antenna Diagnosis

The AT^SAD command checks the presence and the connection status of the antenna by measuring the DC resistance inside the antenna feed point. To allow the ME to detect the antenna, take care that the antenna circuit meets the requirements specified in [2].

The exec command can be executed no matter whether the ME is registered to the network or deregistered. The antenna diagnosis delivers the present status of the antenna connection.

The following error messages may be returned by the AT^SAD command:

"+CME ERROR: operation temporary not allowed"

AC75 is initializing, antenna diagnosis is currently not possible. Please wait a few seconds.

"+CME ERROR: phone busy"

The calculation of the antenna status takes too much time because system resources are tight at the moment (for example in network scan mode). Please wait a few seconds.
