Specifying Internet Fax Destinations

Details

Displays the details of a selected destination. Selecting the [E-mail Address In Full] button on the screen displays the details of the [Internet Fax Recipient].

Name/E-mail Address

Lists the e-mail destinations registered in the Address Book.

Add J

Adds a selected destination to the [Recipient(s)] list.

Recipient(s)

Lists the selected fax recipients. Touching a selected recipient pops up a menu allowing you to remove the selected recipient or view its details.

From

Displays the [From] screen, which displays the sender’s e-mail address.

1.Select [From] on the [Internet Fax] screen.

Subject

The [Subject] button allows you to enter an e-mail subject for your Internet Fax.

1.Select [Subject] on the [Internet Fax] screen.

2.Enter an e-mail subject.

NOTE: The default subject can be set by the System Administrator. For information on the setting, refer to

the Setups chapter in the System Administration Guide.

Keyboard layout pull-down menu

The pull-down menu at the bottom left corner of the screen board allows you to select a keyboard layout from [qwerty], [azerty], and [qwertz].

Character type pull-down menu

The pull-down menu at the left-hand side of the [Space] key allows you to select a character type from [abc], [áàä], and [¶ ± ©].

Message

The [Message] button allows you to add an e-mail message for Internet Fax. Information such as an authorized name and address, the number of scanned pages, the scanned size, and IP address and serial number of the machine is automatically added to the comment.
