The :DIAGnostic subsystem has commands for executing the self-test function. For more info, see Chapter 3.

The :DIAGnostic subsystem commands ignore the E5250A channel configuration mode. For :DIAG commands that require a card number, you specify 1, 2, 3, 4, or ALL.
