*1	The offset current when 0 V is applied to all I/O channels.
*2	EMF means Electro Motive Force, and these are offset voltages after
	applying voltage and waiting 5 minutes.
*3	This is guard capacitance for an I/O channel for following conditions.
	Only one E5255A is installed in mainframe, and only one I/O channel
	is connected.
