Executing Sample Programs

HCI Measurement Program

To change the test limits

Each test device is judged to be valid or not by measuring the gate and drain leakage currents. Change the following parameters in "Limits for leakage tests" block.

Parameter	Description	Default

Igleak_max	Maximum Gate leakage current in A.	2.E-10

Idleak_max	Maximum Drain leakage current in A.	1.E-8

To specify the data displayed on the 4155/4156 screen

Change the following parameters in the "Setup for drawing / saving data in main menu" block.

Parameter	Description	Default

Show_device	To display the data for the specified device number.	0
	0: Displays the data for all devices.
	n (integer): Displays the data for device No. n.

Show_param	To display the data for the specified parameter.	0
	0: Displays the data for all parameters.
	1: Displays Idlin data.
	2: Displays Gmmax data.
	3: Displays Vtext data.
	4: Displays Vtci data.
	-1: No data is displayed.

To change the timing for saving the test data

Change the following parameter in the "Setup for drawing / saving data in main menu" block.

•Save_at_last=0: Saves the data after each parameter measurement.

•Save_at_last=1: Saves the data after HCI test is completely finished. For this parameter, the default is 1.
