Maintenance

Maintenance

Maintenance should be performed periodically to keep the E5250A in good condition.

Performance Verification

Performance verification must be performed periodically so that the instruments satisfy the specifications, and keep a good condition. It is recommended to perform the performance verification once a year at least. For the performance verification, contact your nearest Agilent Technologies Service Center. Trained service personnel will perform the performance verification.

Cleaning

Before performing cleaning, turn off the instrument, and disconnect power cable from the rear panel. Use a dry cloth to clean the external case parts.

To prevent electrical shock, do not perform cleaning when the instrument is turned on, and do not use a wet cloth.
