Executing Sample Programs

HCI Measurement Program

After each interim characterization, the fractional change in a parameter versus the stress time is displayed on GRAPHICS page of the 4155/4156 as shown in Figure 9-8.

After testing, the test result data is saved to the diskette in the computer's disk drive, and the following message is displayed.

"HCI Degradation Test is Completed!!"
