J.10.7 Configuration Center Management
If the SNMP SET operation fails, SSH or Telnet to the CLI and try to add the element. If the
operation succeeds, contact CTM engineers.
Step 3 If the Delete button is disabled, use any SNMP tool to delete the object using the SNMP SET operation.
If the SNMP SET operation passes, contact CTM engineers.
If the SNMP SET operation fails, SSH or Telnet to CLI and try to delete the element. If the operation
succeeds, contact CTM engineers.
Step 4 The only reason why a Details button is disabled is that all the information related to the element is
already displayed in the tabular view. Check the configserver.log file to determine if any MIB entry
appropriate to the element is available. If a MIB entry is available, perform an SNMP walk on the MIB
entry using any SNMP tool. If there are is information in addition to what is displayed in the tabular
view, and if it is important to be displayed in the frame, contact CTM engineers.
Step 5 The only reason why a Refresh button is disabled is that all the information displayed in the frame is
read-only. If there are any editable fields and the Refresh button is disabled, contact CTM engineers.

Possible alternative workaround—For creating or deleting elements, use either the SNMP SET operation
on the CTM machine or CLI commands on the switch.
