APB
APB | Add trace B and trace A, then enter sum in trace A. (A + B 7 A) |
Example
30 | OUTPUT | 723;"SNGLS;" | Activate
40 | OUTPUT 723;"RL 10DBM;SP 200NM;CENTERWL 950NM;" | Set measurement range.
50 | OUTPUT | 723;"TS;VIEW TRA;" | Sweep trace A and view results .
60 | OUTPUT | 723;"CLRW | TRB;TS;" | Clear write trace B. Sweep trace B. |
70 | OUTPUT | 723;"AMB | ON;" | Subtract trace B from trace A. |
Description The APB command adds traces A and B, point by point, then sends the result to trace A. Thus, APB can restore the original trace after
(AMB) is executed. However, unlike AMB, the math operation is done only once, making APB equivalent to executing ADD TRA,TRA,TRB. Be sure data reects one complete sweep for trace A and trace B by using SNGLS and TS.
