Description When power is applied to the spectrum analyzer, internal memory is selected. The IP command does not change the MSI selection.
INT selects internal memory.
HPIB selects external memory that is located on HP-IB, such as a disk drive. Connect the device to the spectrum-analyzer HP-IB port before executing MSI. The MSI command indicates the HP-IB address of the device, and for disk drives, indicates the unit and volume number. The default selection is HP-IB address 0, unit 0, volume 0 (MSI HPIB,0.00 ).
