Description The MKNOISE command computes the spontaneous emission power spectral density at the displayed, active marker.
The command averages the trace buckets with 16 of the active markers and normalizes the measured power to 1 nm resolution bandwidth. If no marker is displayed, MKNOISE places the active marker at the center of the active trace. If more than one trace is active, MKNOISE operates on trace A, B, or C, in that order; or on the trace specied by MKTRACE.
