Description The SAVES command saves the current spectrum-analyzer state in a state-register le, specied by a number. Information saved includes all
front-panel settings and any text in the title line. SAVES stores les in user memory, which is the currently selected mass storage device. Unless specied otherwise by the MSI command, internal memory is the storage device. Files are listed in the catalog by default as \s N", where N is the number of the le and \s " indicates the le contains an instrument state. For example, the entry for SAVES 2 is listed in the catalog as \s 2". Use the PREFX command to change the \s " prex from its default setting to another combination of
letters. (Press NNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNState , NNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNrecall , NNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNcatalog & MSI to view the catalog of user

Use the RCLS or LOAD command to recall le contents. Use PURGE or DISPOSE to erase les. Use PROTECT or PSTATE to prevent inadvertent le erasure from internal memory only.
