This chapter covers the setup and retrieval of records generated by calls through the TalkSwitch phone system.

4.1 ENABLING CALL DETAIL RECORD (CDR) LOGGING

TalkSwitch can report the CDRs in “real-time” to a computer connected to the unit’s serial port, or log the CDRs in a file on the unit itself.

1.Connect TalkSwitch to your computer and open the TalkSwitch Configuration software.

2.Click the Tools menu -> Call Logging Output.

3.Select Real-time to Serial Port or Store to File on TalkSwitch.

4. File -> Save to TalkSwitch
