When you install Support Tools, two log les that are created:
C:\Temp\SupportTools_Setup.log This is the general Support Tools install log le. If there
are any problems installing Support Tools, this would be the rst place the support staff or
development would look.
C:\Temp\CiscoUniedIPSEC_ST_Congure.log This is the log le associated with
conguring IPSEC. Since IPSEC is congured via its own VBScript le, it has its own log
le. If there are any IPSEC errors, this would be a good place to look for more information.
