Installation Problems

Install Hangs
Symptom:
Install of Support Tools hangs
Message:
Cause:
During installation, the installer tries to close the "Computer Management" window because it
contains a list of the running services that have to be updated. If there is an open/active dialog
box anywhere from that application, the ST install will not be able to close it and the install will
just wait (and appear to be stuck or frozen).
Action:
Close the open dialog box. The Computer Management window will close, and the ST install
will continue.
