(3)Lift up the pinch arm assembly 2 to 3 mm. Remove the torsion spring from the groove of the shaft (a) while moving the pinch arm as- sembly toward the capstan.

(4)Lift just above and remove the pinch arm as- sembly.

Installation

2. Installing Shafts Cleaning

Clean the two installing shafts using a cleaning cloth moistened with cleaning fluid.

3. Applying Oil to Installing Shafts

Apply 1/2 drop of Sony oil to the two installing shafts.
