3-2. Replacing the CCD Unit and Its Components

Removal

1.Removing the Front Assembly

(1) Open the inside panel.

(2) Disconnect the harnesses from the connectors (CN2 and CN8) on the DR-387 board.

(3) Remove the outside panel.

(4) Remove the four screws. While removing the front assembly, remove the harness from the connector (CN100) on the IF-716 board.

(5) Disconnect the harnesses from the connector (CN2) on the VA-191 board and the connec- tor (CN1) on the BC-31/32 board.
