AppleTalk Network Number and Zone Assignment

The LCS60 supports dynamic AppleTalk address assignment within a virtual zone of PPP and ARAP clients. (Refer to Figure 1-2.) Upon dialing into the LCS60, the

PPPclient is assigned an available network and node number automatically. The client then becomes part of the virtual zone configured on the LCS60; no special dialstring options are used.
