SMDR Call Length 3
Use this procedure to set the minimum time length of a call before it is recorded
on SMDR call reports.
NOTES:
1. If the majority of lines/trunks are PRI, the recommended call length is 1.

2. The outbound call of a Centrex Transfer via Remote Call Forwarding call
will not be recorded unless the minimum time length is set to zero (0).
The inbound Centrex call to the Principle User who has Centrex
Transfer via Remote Call Forwarding will also not be recorded unless
the minimum time length is 0.
