11 Press the ENTER key to test print. Press the ENTER key again to stop printing.

WARNING: THIS TEST ACTIVATES ALL THE HEATING ELEMENTS ON

THE PRINT HEAD AND THEREFORE SHOULD BE USED FOR TESTING

PURPOSES ONLY. FULL WIDTH LABELS MUST BE USED TO PREVENT

PRINT HEAD DAMAGE.

12Verify that the counters on the test print have reset to 0.0 km.

13Power Off the printer and confirm that all switches are in the Off or down position.

CLEAR EEPROM

CAUTION: RESETTING THE PRINTER WILL CLEAR ALL REGISTERS.

1Record all dip switch positions.

2Place all dip switches in the OFF position.

3Place the DSW2-4 in the ON position.

4Press and hold the LINE and FEED keys while turning on the power switch.

5Release the LINE and FEED keys when the printer beeps.

6 Place the DSW2-4 in the Off position.

7 Use the CURSOR keys to advance to the next display.

ALL CLEAR MODE

 

 

 

 

 

8 Press the ENTER key to select the All Clear Mode option and advance to the next display.

ALL CLEAR COUNTER

9 Press the ENTER key to select the Clear Counter option and advance to the next display.

10Use the CURSOR keys to step the cursor to the YES option.

11Press the ENTER key to select and clear the EEPROM.
