You can also open and view the properties (or state) of any specific process instance, activity instance, timer instance, or process attribute. In addition, There are a number of situations where you might want to intervene in process execution to resolve problems.

process instance Checking the execution status of a process instance and possibly aborting it.
activity Checking the status of an activity instance and possibly changing its state.
