4.1.3 Removing the Copyboard Glass

1)Remove the reader right cover. (See item 4.1.2.)

2)Remove the copyboard glass [1].

•When mounting, butt the copyboard glass [1] against the vertical/horizontal size plate [2]. If not done prop- erly, the shadow of the size plate will appear on images made in enlargement mode. (After mounting, make an 800% enlargement copy to check.)

4.1.4After Mounting the Copyboard Glass

Execute 'optimum position auto adjust-

ment on standard white plate' in service mode.

COPIER>FUNCTION>CCD> SH-PS-ST

Use it to execute optimum posi- tion auto adjustment for the standard white plate.
