Configuring Network settings

1. From the Hom e screen, tap the Menu key > Sett ings > Mobile

Hotspot.

2. Tap Network settings.

Configure Mob ile Hotspot: You can sele ct one of the following

configuration types.

Automatic setup creates an SSID and Key for your M obile

Hotspot.

Manual setup allows the customization of s ettings.

Battery Management is for setting the time until th e Mobile

Hotspot is turned off when t here is no activity detecte d.

View password: Displays your Mobile Hotspot password.

Connected Devices: Displays the list of connected dev ices.

Battery Man agement: Set the time u ntil the Mobile Hotspot is

turned off when there is n o activity detected.

NOTE

Default Mobile Hotspot set tings are as follows:

SSID: VerizonC811-****

Where **** represents last 4 digits of your phone’s Wi-Fi MAC

address.

Security: WPA2 PSK

Password: ************ (random 12 digit number)
