Configuring system select

You can set your phone to search or roam for an other network when

you are not in your carrier’s range.

Leave this setting as default u nless you want to alter the system

selection as instructed by yo ur service provider.

1. From the Hom e screen, tap the Menu key > Sett ings > More... >

Mobile networks > System select.

2. Tap one of the following:

Home only: Only within your home area or af filiated area.

Automatic: Scan for signal automatica lly.

You can set the network mode manu ally.

1. From the Hom e screen, tap the Menu key > Sett ings > More... >

Mobile networks > Network Mode.

2. Tap Global, GSM/WCDMA or LTE /CDMA .
