Displaying and synchronizing calendars
When you add a Google accou nt or Microsoft Exchang e ActiveSync
account to your phone that incl udes a calendar ser vice, and you
configure that account to sy nchronize calendar eve nts to the phone, the
events from that calendar a re added and kept up to date in Calen dar on
the phone.
NOTE
To set accounts to synchronize chang es to calendar events betwe en
a Google or other calenda r service, see “Chang ing account sync
settings” on page 112. Select calendars to di splay and synchronize
in Calendar.

Setting which c alendars are visi ble

1. Tap the Menu key > C alendars to dis play.
The Calen dars screen displays all t he calendars you have added o r
subscribed to for each acc ount that is configured to syn chronize
events to your phone, organized by ac count.
2. Tap the name of an account to show or hid e its calendars on your
phone.
