NOTE
You remain subscribed to Calend ars that you configure not to store
on the phone, and you can still wor k with them via Google Cale ndar
on the web, or in other calendar se rvices.
Changing Calendar settings
You can change the following sett ings for how Calendar displ ays events
and how it notifies you of upcom ing events.
1. Open a Cal endar view, tap the Menu key > Set tings > General
settings.
2. Change any of the following s ettings as needed:
Hide declined events: Check to hide events you have declined
invitations to.
Show week number : When checked, the week num ber shows on
your calendar.
Week starts on: A llows you to set a starting week s uch as Locale
default, Saturday, Sunday or Monday.
Use home time zone : Check to use your home time zone w hen
viewing calendars a nd event information in Cale ndar while on a trip,
rather than the local time zon e reported by the mobile net work you’re
connected to.
Home time zone: Opens a dialog where you can set the tim e zone
to use in Calendar while on a tr ip, if you have the Use home time
zone setting checked.
Clear search history: You can remove all the searches you’ve
performed.
Notifications: Check if you want to receive notifications, or turn of f
event notifications on your phone.
Choose ringtone: Opens a dialog where you can sel ect the
ringtone to sound when you rec eive an event reminder.
