Importing Multipl e Guest Entries
The Guest Provisioning user can manuallyc reate individual guest entries, as previously described,o r import multiple
guest entries into the database from a CSV file. This i s usefuland more efficient i f you want to enter multiple guest
entries at once. To import multiple guest entries, you need to:
1. Create a CSV fi lethat co ntains the guestentries
2. I mport the CSV filei nto the database

CreatingMultiple Guest Entries in a CSV File

Create a CSV filet hat contains multipleguest entries. Each field in an entry needs to be separated by a comma and
each entry needst o end with a carriage return.The order of the fields is:
lGuest’s first name(required)
lGuest’s last name(required)
lGuest’s email address(o ptional)
lGuest’s phonenumber (optional)
lGuest’s userI D (optional)
lGuest’s password (optional)
lSponsor’sfirst name (opti onal)
lSponsor’slast name (optio nal)
lSponsor’semail address (opti onal)
