If a VLAN pool is given an Even assignment and is assigned to user roles, user rules,V SA or a server derivation rules,
then whileapplying VLAN derivati on fort heclient “o nrun time,” the Even assignment is ignored and the Hash
assignment is applied with a message displaying this change.
NOTE:L2 Mobili tyis not compatible w ith theexisting im plementation of theEven VLAN pool assignment type.
Updating a VLAN Pool
1. On the VLAN Pool window, click Modify next to the VLAN name you want to edit.
2. Modify t heassi ghmenttype and the list of VLA N IDs. Note that you can not modify the VLAN name.
3. Click Update.
4. Click Apply.
5. A t the top of the window, click Save Configuration.
Deleting a VLAN Pool
1. On the VLAN Pool window, click Delete next to the VLAN name you want to delete. A prompt appears.
2. Click OK.
3. Click Apply.

Creating a VLAN Pool Using the C LI
NOTE:VLAN pooli ng should
not
beused wi thstatic IP addresses.
This examplecreates a VLAN pool named mygroupthat has the assignment type even.
