runningthe Facetime application. Since video and voic e applications are morevulnerable to delay and jitter, the
network infrastructuremust be able to priorit ize video and voice traffic over data t raffic.

Configuring Voice an d Video

This section describes the steps required to set up and configure voice features on a Dell controller.To configure
voice features you must do the following:
1. Set up net services
2. Co nfigureroles
3. Co nfigurefirewall settings for voice and video ALGs
4. Co nfigureother parameters depending on the need and environment
NOTE:Assigning voice traffic to the high priority queue is recommended when deploying voice over WLAN networks.
