Histograms" on page 616.

Using Dashbo ard Histograms

Dashboard histograms are a visual representationof t he distribution of the wireless clients, access points, and radios

across differentperformance parameters in the controller. Histograms helpy ou to quickly identify any performance

issues in the network fromt heco lorof the dist ribution.For example, critical ranges of the distribution are

highlightedin red and the normal ranges are highlightedi n green.

You can view the number of clients or APs falling in each range of the distribution with a hyperlink. You can also

performthe following tasks on the histograms to get additional information on the clients and APs in the

distribution:

lView Client or AP details: Click the hyperlinkednumber to view the details of the clients or APs i na pop-up

window.

lSort: Click a columnheader of the clients or APs table to so rt thec ompletelist based on the entries on the

active column.Yo ucan also use the sort ico nt hat appearswhen you click on a column for sorting.

lFilter: Click the filter icon and select the filter criterion on any column to filter the entries.

lCustomize column view: Select or deselect the columns to view or hide by doing a right click on the clients or

AP table header.

lClose pop-upwindow: Click on the close icon to close the client or AP details pop-up window.

Clients

This section displays the client and WLAN utilization in the controller. Youc anvi ew the trendsof the following

client usage details in the last 15 minutes:

lNumberof w irelessclients associated per WLAN
