This command sets the OSPF hello interval for the sp ecified interface. The value for <seconds> is a valid
positive integer, which represe nts the le ngth of time in secon ds. The value fo r the length of time must b e
the same for all routers attached to a network. Valid values for <seconds> range from 1 to 65535.

10.4.2.6 ipv6 ospf mtu-ignore

This command disable s OSPF maximum transmission unit (MTU) mismatch detection. OSPF Database
Description packets sp ecify the size of the largest IP packet that can be sent without fragm entation on the
interface. When a router receives a Data base Description packet, it examines the MTU adverti sed by the
neighbor. By default, if the MTU is larger than the router can accept, the Database Description packet is
rejected and the OSPF adjacency is n ot established.

10.4.2.7 ipv6 ospf network

This command change s the default OSPF network type for the interface. Normally, the network type is
determined from the physical IP network type. By default all Ethernet networks are OSPF type broadcast.
Similarly, tunnel interfaces default to point-to-point. When an Ethernet port is used as a single large
