10.4.2.24 area virtual-link hello-interval
This command configure s the hello inte rval for the OSPF virtual interface on the interface identified by
<areaid> and <neighborid>.
Syntax
area <areaid> virtual-link <nei ghborid > hello-i nterval <1-655 35>
no area <areaid> virtual-link <neighborid> hell o-interval
<areaid> - Area ID.
<neighborid> - Router ID of the neighbor.
<1-65535> - The range of the hello interval is 1 to 65535.
no - This com mand configures the default hello interval for the OSPF virtual interface on the interface
identified by <areaid> and <neighborid>.
Default Setting
10 seconds.

10.4.2.25 area virtual-link retransmit-interval
This command configures the retransmit interval for the OSPF virtual interface on the interface identified
by <areaid> and <neighborid>.
Syntax
area <areaid> virtual-link <nei ghb orid> retra nsmit -int erval <0-3 60 0>
no area <areaid> virtual-link <neighborid> retransmit-interval
<areaid> - Area ID.
<neighborid> - Router ID of the neighbor.
<0-3600> - The range of the retransmit interval is 0 to 3600.
no - This command configures the default retransmit interval for the OSPF virtual interface on the
interface identified by <areaid> and <neighborid>.
Default Setting
5 seconds.
