Submit - Applies the new configuration and causes the changes to take effect. These changes will
not be retained across a power cycle unless a save configuration is performed.
11.3.1.3 Configuring DHCP Snooping Interface Confi guration Page
Selection Criteria
Slot/Port - Selects the interface for which data is to be displayed or co nfigured.
Configurable Data
Trust State - If it is Enabled DHCP snoop ing application considers as port trusted. The facto ry default
is disabled.
Logging Invalid Packets - If it is Enabled DHCP snooping applicat ion logs invalid packets on this
interface. The factory default is disabled.
Rate Limit - Specifies rate limit value for DHCP Snooping purpose. If the incoming rate of DHCP
packets exceeds the value of this object for consecutively burst interval second s, the port will be
shutdown. If this value is None there is no limit. The factory default is 15pps (packets per second).
The range of Rate Limit is (0 to 300).
Burst Interval - This Specifies the burst interval value for rate limiting purpo se on this interface. If the
rate limit is None burst interval has n o meaning sho ws it as N/A. The factory default is 1 se cond. The
range of Burst Interval is (1 to 15).
