5.9. Removing the Backplane Assembly
Caution: Be sure to o bserve all ES D precautions and pow er off procedures.
1. Re move the rear pa nel (See Sectio n 5.1.2) .
2. Disconnect t he AC power cord from the controlle r.
3. Re move the fro nt pa nel (See Sectio n 5.1.1) . The yellow LED s ho uld be off (See S ection
1.2).
4. Unseat the mo therbo ar d asse mbly (S ee S ectio n 5.2).
5. At t he rear, remove the lock ing screw o n t he rig ht hand side of the backplane asse mb l y.
