The EWT Greeting Tables page appears.

2Click the Change link for the table you want to change.

The EWT Greeting Table page appears.

3Click the Change link for the EWT rule you want to change.

The Wait Time Interval page appears.

4Modify the Wait Time Interval or greeting number.

5Click the Submit button.

The changed EWT rule appears in the EWT Table.
